Karate NL is excited to announce that registration is open for a multi-style kata clinic with 2024 and 2025 Karate Canada National Champion Claudia Laos-Loo!

Since beginning kata training in 2019, Claudia has quickly risen to become a leader among Canadian kata athletes and is currently ranked 27th world wide for Senior Female Kata. Her achievements include:

• Gold Medal: 2024 and 2025 Karate Canada National Championships
• Gold Medal: 2025 US Open
• Silver Medal: 2025 Senior Pan-American Karate Federation (PKF) Championships
• Bronze Medal: 2023 Pan-American Games
• Bronze Medal: 2023 Senior PKF Championships
• Top 5 Finish: K1 Series A Championships

The clinic will take place from March 20 – 22, 2026 with specific training sessions for elite athletes and two open training sessions on Saturday, March 21st. The detailed schedule is shown in the poster.

Pricing:

• Open Training Sessions: $50 for both sessions.
• Elite Training Sessions: $150 for all sessions.

Fund can be e-transferred to Karate NL at treasurer@karatenl.com and must be paid prior to the start of the clinic.
